One study, recently has proved that patients who consume low-fat diary food have less chances to get breast cancer than the ones who are consuming full-fat diary products.
The growth of breast cell is caused by the hormone estrogen. In the fat cells it is produced and stored. There are thoughts which are explained by a lot of scientists that dairy products sold in the USA and other Western countries contain increased estrogen and progesterone amount in their structure because milk is sometimes made by pregnant cows. That’s how it’s logical that low-fat dairy products have less estrogen and progesterone levels because most of the fat has been removed, which appears to be a very good information.
Breast cancer reappearance, including the possibility of dying from breast cancer was explored by scientists implementing the use of full-fat diary products.
The following full-fat dairy products have been explored and inspected :
- Whole milk
- Condensed or evaporated milk
- Ice cream
All those women who took part in this experiment were monitored for 12 years.
It showed this thing. The patients who consumed one or more servings of full-fat dairy products on a daily basis had 64% increased chances of dying from any factor and 49% increased chances of dying from breast cancer in comparison with the other group of patients who ate less servings of full-fat products daily or patients who consumed low-fat dairy products.
But also, the things bellow should be inspected too:
The mentioned research has proven us the connection between full-fat dairy products and fatal breast cancer outcomes, but it doesn’t prove the direct connection in which the first leads to the second. Another researchers are talking about the connection between the reason of breast cancer and full-fat diary products.
To those who are in earlier stage of this kind of cancer, do these things:
- Consume a healthy diet, eliminating processed foods and sugar
- No alcohol consumption
- Maintaining a normal body weight
- Regular physical activity
- No smoking
- Staying on track with any drugs you are taking to decrease the chances of reappearance.
