All those people who go to urinate at approximately 6-7 times a day, are in fact healthy. They get enough water in their body. But those who urinate 2-3 times a day have the problem with drinking water

If you have dry mouth, that means you are in lack of saliva. Moreover, you may have consequences and damages in your oral cavity and throat if your mouth is dry for a long time and you do not take enough water to make it humid.

If your urine is darker, you should drink more water. These colors are showing you the level of hydration.
